West Side Swim Club is an outdoor swim club located in Madison, WI that offers summertime enjoyment for adults and children alike through swim lessons, swim and dive teams and open swim. My name is Avery Spencer – I have spent my summers at WSSC since birth and am a Nurse Practitioner. There are many families in and out of the pool everyday and while the wonderful staff all have CPR training, they are limited in their lifesaving abilities without an AED on site. While we certainly hope to never need to use it, being prepared and having an AED on site would make WSSC an even safer summertime hangout for the youth in the surrounding community.
