At Cheer Xcel, we believe in more than just perfect routines, big smiles, and championship trophies; we believe in protecting every athlete, coach, and family member who walks through our doors. That’s why we’re launching our “Every Beat Counts” campaign, a pledge to raise funds for a life-saving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for our gym.
Cheerleading is a sport that demands strength, endurance, and passion. Our athletes train hard, push limits, and give it their all at every practice, every performance. While we prepare them to thrive on the mat, we also want to ensure they are safe off the mat. Having an AED on site can mean the difference between life and loss in the critical moments following a cardiac emergency.
Did you know that sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death in young athletes? Seconds matter and an AED provides the shock that can restart a heart until medical professionals arrive. It’s a vital piece of emergency equipment that no gym should go without.
